A Bit More About Myself

I’ve been deeply involved in the blockchain and crypto space since 2014, back when the entire landscape was vastly different. To give you a sense of how much has changed, I remember when there were only about 40 projects listed on CoinMarketCap. It was possible to personally look at each one and see what they were about. Back then, people were still writing "blockchain" as two separate words. It's incredible to see how far the industry has come, growing from a niche curiosity to a global phenomenon.

My journey in this space has been shaped by a blend of idealism and strategic thinking. I’ve always been drawn to the transformative potential of blockchain technology—not just as a financial tool, but as a way to make the world a better place. This belief drove me to play a pivotal role in projects like NEM, where I had the privilege of leading the charge during its peak. Those were exciting times, filled with innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose.

Why I Do This

Looking back, my time with NEM was one of the most fulfilling periods of my professional life. The energy, the camaraderie, and the shared vision of pushing the boundaries of what blockchain could achieve—it was electrifying. It’s that same passion and idealism that brings me back to the space now. I’m not just interested in the technology itself, but in how it can be harnessed to create meaningful change.

This is what sparked my initial interest in the technology and what continues to attract me to it today. I’ve learned a lot along the way, including some tough lessons about the limits of passion. My goal is to provide value through strategic advice that stands the test of time, regardless of the latest market trends or technological fads.
